Coaching

Perhaps you've had to adopt agile at speed, leaving gaps in the team's understanding. Perhaps your initially-rigorous implementation has started to slip. Perhaps your process is really "fragile", not "agile". Or perhaps you just want to energise your team with some new practices and ideas. In any case, a 'fresh set of eyes' is the first step to tuning up.

We can offer an individualised coaching program, or a package of three sessions designed and spaced to maximise improvements without disrupting your schedule:

• In the Introduction session, our two coaches will work with your team for a couple of hours to see how your existing process works and where the pain points are. We'll leave you with some ideas, some homework, and a plan for making a positive change quickly.
• We'll return a few days later with the Development session, a half-day of customised workshops for the whole team, delivered by two coaches. In these we'll target specific practices that we've agreed will make the most difference to your organisation. Where possible we'll use "live" data, working on real projects so that can apply the new skills immediately.
• In the Followup session around a month later, one of us will check-in with the team to see how you're progressing and to help with any difficulties. We can provide on-the-spot refresher training if needed. Now that you're working with a rigorous, self-improving practice again, we'll provide pointers to new areas of improvement.

Coaching can include customised workshops, as well as one-on-one and whole-team structured and unstructured sessions. We'll come to you, since your workspace is a vital part of how your process works, and coaching should use 'live' projects. Please get in touch and we'll discuss how we can help.
